APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING RULES

· Please at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling of your spa service appointment.

· Please DO NOT call us. The front desk is very busy all day, so they cannot answer your phone call.
· If you don’t get a confirmation from us your appointment is not canceled and you will be charged a no-show fee.
· If you have a group appointment (more than 2 people) you have to notify us 48 hours in advance instead of 24 hours otherwise you will be charged a no-show fee.
· For a no-show, there will be a 30% fee charged for the service you booked. (Example: If the service you booked was $90.00, the no-show fee will be 30% of $90.00 which is $27.00)
· If you are sick on the same day as your appointment Please notify us as soon as possible. We will make an exemption.
